Kwintes in Almere zoekt een begeleider om cliënten met een dubbele diagnose van psychiatrische en verslavingsproblematiek te ondersteunen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van individuele begeleidingsplannen en zorg je voor een veilige woonomgeving.
Je werkt samen met een team van 12 collega's en biedt praktische hulp tijdens dagelijkse activiteiten. Het salaris ligt tussen de €2.888,- en €3.917,- op basis van 36 uur.
