Flexibel inzetbaar zijn en ervaring in het sociaal domein zijn essentieel voor deze rol. U biedt ondersteuning en signaleert bijzonderheden terwijl u deel uitmaakt van een bredere team. Een mbo 4 diploma is vereist.
