Humanitas DMH zoekt begeleiders voor onze flexpool op Almere, Amersfoort en/of Veenendaal. Je bepaalt zelf wanneer, hoeveel en waar je werkt; flexcontract vanaf 4 uur per week met salaris conform CAO FWG 35 (€2.597–€3.635).
Je werkt met diverse doelgroepen in woonlocaties zoals Homerunhuis en Ida Gerhardtlaan, ondersteunt cliënten bij ADL en dagelijkse activiteiten, en stemt begeleiding af op wat de cliënt nodig heeft.
