Triade Vitree zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider in Almere Poort. Je begeleidt 62 cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking bij zelfzorg, huishoudelijke taken en dagbesteding, en helpt hen zo zelfstandig mogelijk te wonen en actief deel te nemen aan de samenleving.
Je werkt in een 24-uursrooster, inclusief slaapdiensten, vooralsnog tijdelijk i.v.m. zwangerschapsverlof, met uitzicht op overname bij goed functioneren.
