Triade Vitree zoekt een Begeleider voor een woonvoorziening in Almere. Je werkt met cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB) op twee verdiepingen van Razeil en begeleidt hen naar zelfstandigheid via hun persoonlijke plan.
