Triade Vitree zoekt een gedragsdeskundige voor de crisisgroep in Almere, gericht op jongeren 12-18 jaar die tijdelijk niet thuis wonen. Je creëert een veilig leefklimaat, coacht het team en coördineert crisissituaties tot terugkeer naar huis.
Je werkt van 9.00 tot 17.00 uur, samen met gedragsdeskundigen, ambulance crisisteam en manager. Een WO-opleiding en ervaring in crisishulpverlening zijn gewenst.
