Looking for steady weekday work with long-term potential? We're hiring Factory / Production Operators to join a busy fish processing site in Ross-shire. You'll be part of a fast-paced team preparing, processing, and packing fish products to high quality and hygiene standards.
What You'll Be Doing- Operating factory machinery safely
- Preparing and packing fish products
- Maintaining food hygiene & safety standards
- Carrying out quality checks
- Hitting daily production targets as part of a team
- Factory or food production experience helpful but not essential
- Knife skills a bonus
- Reliable, hardworking, and flexible
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- Monday-Friday | 8am-4pm
- 37.5 paid hours per week
- Full PPE provided
