Production Operator

Looking for steady weekday work with long-term potential? We're hiring Factory / Production Operators to join a busy fish processing site in Ross-shire. You'll be part of a fast-paced team preparing, processing, and packing fish products to high quality and hygiene standards. What you'll be doing:
Operating factory machinery safely Preparing and packing fish products Maintaining food hygiene & safety standards Carrying out quality checks Hitting daily production targets as part of a team

What we're looking for:

Factory or food production experience helpful but not essential Knife skills a bonus Reliable, hardworking, and flexible Good attention to detail Comfortable working in a cold environment What's on offer:
