* Mon-Fri (7am to 5pm) depending on workloads, with a guaranteed 39 hour per week minimum

* Mon-Fri:
Time and a Half after 39 hours

* Saturday: 1st 4hrs Time and a Half, Double Time

* Sunday:
Double Time

(Weekend work is optional)

* Holidays
* 6 weeks per year
