Overview Freelance Domestic Energy Assessor role at Viewber | Nationwide Property Support. Provide Energy Performance Certificates and work ad hoc across the UK. Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site energy assessments for residential properties.
• Generate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) according to national standards.
• Submit lodgement fees and ensure timely appointment appointments.
• Maintain accurate property data and appointment records.

• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor with valid Assessor .
• Basic DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or Access
  
  NI certificate issued within last 3 years.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Excellent communication skills; punctual, reliable and confident working independently.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Payment £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee). Flexibility: freelance basis with appointment invitation control. Nationwide presence:
Appointments within user‑specified travel radius. Base pay range provided by recruiter.
