Service & Calibration Technician Crawley, West Sussex | Full-Time, Permanent | £27,000 Are you a recent engineering graduate or someone with manufacturing or production experience looking to develop a technical career? We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer of specialist test and measurement equipment that supports customers across a range of engineering and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit a Service & Calibration Technician to join their technical team in Crawley.

This opportunity would suit someone from a manufacturing, production, quality, assembly, engineering, electronics or technical environment who enjoys understanding how things work, following processes, solving problems and working with precision equipment. The Opportunity Working within a specialist workshop environment, you'll receive training to calibrate, service, test and repair a variety of technical instruments and equipment used across multiple industries. You'll develop valuable skills in:
Technical diagnostics and fault finding Calibration and testing procedures Quality assurance and process control Electronic and electrical equipment servicing Technical documentation and certification Continuous improvement activities

This role offers an excellent pathway for graduates or individuals looking to move from manufacturing, production or quality-based positions into a more technical engineering career. What We're Looking For We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate: A strong understanding of manufacturing, production or quality processes A methodical and detail-focused approach to work An interest in engineering, electronics, testing or technical investigation The ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn Good communication and IT skills Previous calibration experience is not essential .
