We’re looking for experienced catering staff to join our bank team in Alnwick and surrounding areas, to support schools with high-quality supply staff.

• Prepare, cook and serve food following agreed menus and accommodating any special dietary requirements
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the school kitchen including equipment and surrounding working areas
• Set up and clear away after lunch including washing up and cleaning tables
• Comply with all food and Health and Safety standards and regulation
• Take responsibility for maintaining and ordering stock and ensure appropriate storage and labelling procedures are followed

• Ability to work flexibly
• Participate in training
• A commitment to ensuring a safe environment for children, with thorough knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures

• Have basic food hygiene certificate
• Experience of working in a school kitchen or similar environment
