• Conduct process testing and data analysis to optimize equipment and system performance.
• Support environmental and quality compliance through technical oversight and process enhancement.
• Train plant staff on SAP reporting, Technical Information Systems (TIS), and related tools.
• Lead or assist in implementing new process systems to improve data management and reporting.
• Participate in ISO audits and monthly performance reports.
• Promote a proactive safety culture by adhering to all health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in process engineering or a related industrial environment (cement or heavy manufacturing preferred).
• Technical skills:
  Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Technical Information Systems.
• Approximately 10% travel required for training, development, and project support.

• Strong foundation in fluid dynamics, chemistry, and chemical kinetics.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, data analysis, and control systems.
• Familiarity with automation systems and process data tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.

• Must comply with all PPE and safety protocols.
• Candidates required to wear respirators must be clean‑shaven where the seal meets the face to ensure compliance with fit‑test standards.
