• Full time Monday - Friday. Hours may flex some based on surgical schedules
• Will support outreach initiatives in Oscoda, Lincoln and/or Rogers City
• Fast paced opportunity - self-starter desired

• Direct patient care in office including evaluation and management of musculoskeletal injuries for new and follow-up patients, including in-office procedures such as joint injections
• Inpatient rounding, discharges, inpatient consults and OR first assist

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Experience preferred; new graduates will be considered

• Employment is contingent on successful completion of My Michigan Health's credentialing process
• Robust onboarding and training program
