• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
  • Work with Compliance Analysts to oversee 340B program compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to HRSA/OPA guidelines and Medicaid requirements.
  • Conduct routine self‑audits and monthly compliance checks for all 340B‑eligible locations and contract pharmacies.
  • Prepare for and coordinate external audits to maintain audit readiness.
  • Verify patient, provider, and drug eligibility across mixed‑use areas and clinics.
• Data Management and Report
  • Manage accumulation of 340B eligible transactions and coordinate submission of manufacturer rebate claims.
  • Assist with data submission through manufacturer‑initiated platforms.
• Financial Reconciliation
  • Perform regular audits and reconcile pharmacy billing and purchasing records for 340B related claims and payments.
  • Oversee the complete invoice lifecycle for pharmaceuticals, including authorization for payment and record‑keeping.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to track liabilities and reduce financial exposure.
• Inventory Management
  • Oversee inventory replenishment and reconciliation for 340B and non‑340B accounts.
  • Ensure accurate capture of drug charges and purchasing eligibility.
  • Develop systems to track inventory trends and identify compliance risks.
  • Coordinate monthly cycle counts and the annual physical inventory process.
  • Review pharmacy transaction data to ensure accurate accumulation of eligible claims.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Pharmacy Resource
  • Act as point of contact and establish effective working relationships with Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical, and ancillary staff.
  • Serve as subject‑matter expert for designated pharmacies and assist inpatient education and business development.
  • Assist the pharmacist with filling prescriptions.

• Possesses a current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) CPR certification.
• Possesses a current Michigan driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
• Preferred, but not required, Pharmacy Technician license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Effectively use pharmacy software system.
