• Knowledge & operation of intra-aortic balloon pump-PREFERRED
• Candidates' Permanent Address(will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
• LARA and/or Nursys must state Active Michigan/MILicense
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Active American Heart Association ACLS
• Michigan license
• ACLS (AHA)
