Key Responsibilities- Support both internal and external users by monitoring and troubleshooting core and member delivery systems.
- Manage asset inventory, perform software updates, and maintain secure systems.
- Maintain workstation images and deploy new workstations as needed to branch locations.
- Provide help desk support, resolving technical issues via phone, online, and in person.
- Assist in maintaining IT procedures and uphold security standards.
- Test and install software patches, firmware upgrades, operating system upgrades/patches to workstations and other network‑joined systems using an endpoint management system.
- Detail‑Oriented and Precise:

- Associate’s degree or higher in Network Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of systems administration experience, ideally within financial services.
