Systems Administrator I, Full Time, Alpena

Are you a detail‑oriented problem‑solver who thrives on ensuring technology runs seamlessly? We're searching for a Systems Administrator I who will play a crucial role in maintaining our core systems and providing outstanding IT support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of technical problem‑solving and user support in a structured, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support both internal and external users by monitoring and troubleshooting core and member delivery systems.
  • Manage asset inventory, perform software updates, and maintain secure systems.
  • Maintain workstation images and deploy new workstations as needed to branch locations.
  • Provide help desk support, resolving technical issues via phone, online, and in person.
  • Assist in maintaining IT procedures and uphold security standards.
  • Test and install software patches, firmware upgrades, operating system upgrades/patches to workstations and other network‑joined systems using an endpoint management system.
