This position is responsible for assessing client health needs, nursing care requirement and the delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(25%)
* Assesses client health needs, nursing care requirements, and delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients. Directs client assessments by other nursing staff.
(25%)
* Plans care for assigned clients and directs the planning of care by other nursing staff.
(25%)
* Evaluates effectiveness of plan of care; ensures responsible care is rendered to clients.
(25%)
* Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and demonstrates competence in nursing care of the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric client.

Submission Requirements

1+ years of Home Care RN experience - [REQUIRED]
Active Driver's License, Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report - Required

Experience with IVs, wound vacs, and central lines - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
MI LTC Fingerprinting is needed during compliance - please keep this in mind
Certification Requirements

BLS (AHA)

VeeAR Health Job . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
