Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Home Care) – Michigan

Start Date: January 19, 2026
Location: Alpena, Michigan

Schedule: No on-call required; no weekend shifts

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN License (verified through LARA and/or Nursys)
• Minimum 1 year of Home Care RN experience required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
• Experience with IVs, wound vacs, and central lines highly preferred
• Current skills checklist (within 1 year) specific to Home Health specialty
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
• Willingness to complete Michigan LTC fingerprinting during compliance process
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius of facility location
