Sage Group Health Care Staffing is seeking Rehab Registered Nurse for travel / contract position in Alpena, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:
Range $2100 to $2200 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Shift:
12 Hours;
Nights, 7p-7.30a
Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend
Position Requirements :- Registered Nurse: 1 year
- Required - Rehab Nursing experience:
Recent/Current 1 year – Required - Float to Behavioral health unit
-Required - Prior Travel Nursing experience –Highly preferred
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
- RN License for State of MI
- Required - BLS Certifications from AHA
- Required
- Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in Rehab and Behavioral health units.
- Organizes and prepares case set-up prior to start of case. Identifies and communicatesunusual techniques and instruments required for surgery.
- Cleans, assembles,operates, and properly cares for instruments, supplies, and equipment used inteam specialties.
- Demonstrates an understanding of surgical Inpatient rehabilitation, through the Rehab Centre'sat the Medical Centers, helps people who have experienced the debilitatingeffects of an acute injury, impairment, or illness.
- The goal is tohelp each individual function as independently as possible through specialized treatment programs for conditions including stroke, brain injury, spinal cordinjury, orthopedic injury, neurological conditions, amputation, and trauma.
- Provides safe, quality care for patients/residentsaccording to individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes.
- Treats all patients/residents with dignity and respect. Know, follow and maintain resident rights.
- Assists with over sight of non-clinical and support staff personnel
- Holdsself-accountable for delivery of responsible nursing care, demonstrates effective communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Assumes responsibility for own continued development and assists with the development of other staff members.
