Compassus in Michigan is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse to provide in-home hospice and home health care, traveling to multiple programs with 8–13 week assignments. You will assess patients, educate families, and coordinate care with PT, OT, MSW, and HHA teams to ensure comfort and quality.
The role requires an RN license, at least 1 year of nursing practice, and the ability to travel. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is expected; home health or hospice experience is a plus.
