District Relief Specialist

Overview

DISTRICT RELIEF SPECIALIST — FULL-TIME KEY HOLDER POSITION

• Perform customer service, operational, and leadership relief work across all stores in the district.
• Work at one store for a period or rotate between stores daily based on staffing and operational needs.
• Assist at a store in a Customer Service role or fill in for a leader on vacation in another store(s).
• Conduct retail sales, stocking, cleaning, and other frontline retail duties.
• Handle leadership and operational tasks such as product ordering, POS reporting, banking, and serving as a positive role model for the store team.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a convenience store setting.
• Clear and calm communication style.
• Open schedule availability and flexibility; able to respond when stores need help most.
• Reliable transportation and valid current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel between district stores; stores are generally located within a 40 to 60 mile radius.
