As a Digital & Connected TV Sales Executive, your primary focus will be driving revenue through dynamic digital ad solutions — including OTT/CTV, programmatic display, social media, and more. You’ll also have the opportunity to incorporate traditional television into well-rounded campaigns, ensuring clients receive the best mix of modern and legacy media to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead with digital: build strategic, data‑driven campaigns across CTV, OTT, streaming audio, programmatic, and social platforms.
- Identify new prospects and present forward‑thinking marketing strategies tailored to their digital goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize client results.
- Maintain a working knowledge of linear TV offerings to supplement digital campaigns when appropriate.
- Stay current with trends in digital advertising and streaming technology.
- Consistently meet and exceed digital revenue goals.
- Demonstrated success in digital advertising sales, particularly CTV/OTT and streaming media.
- Deep understanding of digital metrics, targeting, attribution, and campaign strategy.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving media landscape.
- Familiarity with the Alpena, Michigan market is a plus.
- Experience with traditional TV advertising is welcome, but not required.
- The compensation range for this role is $35,000 per year to $60,000 per year which includes a guaranteed salary + commission.
