What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help lead monthly close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries and ensure accurate general ledger activity
• Analyze financial results and provide insight to support business decisions and leadership
• Perform detailed account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to inquiries
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting cycles to align with strategic goals
• Assist with M&A accounting activities, including integration support and due diligence
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities within accounting functions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA track is a plus)
• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (ideally in a mid-size to large, high-volume environment)
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Proficiency with Excel and experience working with ERP systems (Net Suite, Intacct, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
• Must be located in the Atlanta area and able to work a hybrid schedule
• $90,000 – $100,000 base salary plus 10% bonus
