Accountant - Manufacturing

Pay: $70,000 - $85,000/year

Schedule:

In-office, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Our client is a dynamic and growth-oriented company specializing in manufacturing and custom construction solutions. They are known for their commitment to excellence in their industry.

They are seeking you, an experienced Accountant II, to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with the chance to make a real impact on the company's financial operations.

• Perform intercompany accounting tasks and bank reconciliations.
• Handle sales tax work and manage fixed assets, including depreciation schedules.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and detailed data analysis.
• Assist with inventory reviews and purchasing variance accounts.
• Partner with non-finance teams on process improvement initiatives.
• Create and enhance financial reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and familiarity with Office 365.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, a self‑starter mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across departments.
