A rapidly growing, $150M+ organization is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations, stabilize the close process, and prepare the company for its first full audit.

This is a roll‑up-your‑sleeves leadership role responsible for owning the accounting function end‑to‑end—ensuring accurate, timely financials while improving processes and supporting a high‑growth environment.

Base

Own month‑end close (target: 3‑day close) Ensure accurate, timely financial statements (GAAP compliant) Lead audit preparation and coordination (first‑year audit) Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity Identify and eliminate manual processes and inefficiencies Strengthen internal controls and reporting accuracy Supervise, train, and develop the accounting team Partner with leadership to support operational and financial decisions Own and optimize Sage Intacct ERP

What We’re Looking For:

Must‑Have: CPA (required) 10+ years of progressive accounting experience Proven Controller or strong Accounting Manager ready to step up

Experience with audit preparation Strong month‑end close and financial reporting expertise Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct (required) Core Traits:
