Our client located in the Alpharetta Roswell GA area is adding a Full Charge Bookkeeper certified in Quick Books to their staff. This role is contract to possible perm opportunity for the right candidate and is performed in the office Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will handle Accounting responsibilities associated with Full Charge including AR / AP, Payroll, General Ledger (GL), Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation, Sales Tax, Credit Authorizations, Collections, Inventory reports, and Estimated Taxes. Other responsibilities are reviewing the Final Financial statements, and bank deposits among other tasks.
Requirements- Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or other related experience
- 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Quick Books Enterprise or Desktop Pro
- Quick Books certification
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Inventory accounting, job costing
- Month-end close
- Journal entries
- Payroll coordination with Gusto Payroll program
- Commissions
- Fixed assets
- Experience working with CPA
This is a contract to possible permanent position with an established company.
