Salary: $70,000- 85,000

• Manage state income tax correspondence, payments, tracking, and resolution activities
• Administer monthly sales and use tax reporting, filing support, and payment processing
• Create sales agreements and establish projects, budgets, and billing structures in Business Central/NAV
• Generate project billing invoices, including LBM and AIA billings
• Apply cash receipts and deposits across multiple entities and maintain supporting documentation
• Perform select monthly general ledger account reconciliations and assist with accounts receivable collections

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Business Central
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Project accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or tax-related accounting experience preferred
