Cash Application Analyst

Location:

Alpharetta, GAJob Responsibilities Process cash receipts, including deposits, logging receipts in Excel, and posting transactions in SAP.Research cash receipts in SAP, including payment history across multiple legal entities and bank accounts.

Perform high-volume, repetitive data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.

Research and resolve complex payment discrepancies.

Prepare miscellaneous invoicing, including rebilling items between sister companies.

Manually enter bank transactions.

Prepare journal entries, including corrections and reclassifications.

Maintain filing and supporting documentation as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position.

SAP experience preferred.

Experience working with multiple currencies, including USD, EUR, CAD, and others.

Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Strong analytical thinking and proven problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.

Highly self-motivated and comfortable adapting to change and shifting priorities in a fast-moving team environment.

Maintains a positive attitude when working under tight deadlines.

Ability to remain focused under month-end closing pressure.

Ability to receive constructive feedback and apply it to improve future work.
