Overview

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering tax return information into multiple systems while adhering to standard operating procedures and customer-specific processing instructions. This role ensures compliance with productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Enter tax return information into multiple systems accurately and efficiently according to SOPs and customer-specific processing instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Proficient 10-key typing skills (15,000+ KPH) and typing speed (60+ WPM)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Experience
  • Previous data entry experience in an office environment
Education
  • High school diploma or GED
