What Youll Do:

• Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow
• Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs
• Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards
• Collaborate with service advisors to meet customer expectations
• Train, coach, and support technicians to foster growth and efficiency

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience
• Ford Master Technician certification strongly preferred
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
