- Track daily activity, follow‑ups, CRM usage, and pipeline movement to ensure consistent results.
- Improve lead conversion, speed‑to‑lead, and overall team efficiency.
- Manage lead flow, protect ROI, and eliminate lead leakage.
- Lead by example with your own appointments, generation, and closings.
- Build repeatable systems to scale the team into new markets.
- Recruit consistently to build a bench of top producers and future leaders.
- Lead the 30‑60‑90 onboarding pathway, ramping new agents quickly and effectively.
- Contribute to hiring decisions, team structure, and long‑term expansion planning.
- Coach agents into top performers and future senior leaders.
- Ensure the team hits monthly, quarterly, and annual production targets.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure strong listing launches, branding, and agent visibility.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth contracts and exceptional client experiences.
- Anticipate issues early and protect client relationships.
- Maintain high standards in communication, documentation, and service.
- Ensure clients receive a consistent 5‑star experience at every touchpoint.
- Help agents navigate challenges and maintain trust with clients.
- Grow referrals, reviews, and repeat business through excellence.
- Identify new lead channels, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Represent the brand at community events and industry relationships.
- Contribute to expansion plans, new market strategies, and team growth decisions.
- Proven success leading high‑performing real estate teams.
- Proven ability to scale a team, market center, or brokerage 5x–10x in production.
- Strong knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and inventory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
- Strong operational mindset (CRM, pipeline oversight, and sales processes).
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and strategic decision‑making.
- Expertise in multiple lead generation methods (expireds, open houses, circle prospecting, farming, events, social media, etc.).
- Personal database of 400+ contacts.
- Ability to recruit, train, and hold agents accountable.
- Knowledge of contracts, appraisal processes, and mortgage/financing basics.
- Commitment to continuous learning (books, classes, masterminds, scripts, coaching).
