Consultant Care Manager

The Consultant Care Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end experience of consultants/contractors placed at client sites. This role ensures consultants receive timely support, guidance, and issue resolution throughout their assignment, while coordinating closely with clients and internal teams to maintain high satisfaction and retention levels.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all consultants placed at client locations.
• Assist consultants with onboarding, timesheet submissions, payroll queries, and assignment-related issues.
• 2–4 years of experience in staffing. (Plus)
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Manage and resolve escalations related to onboarding, timesheets, payroll, and candidate performance.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients and candidates at all times.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare weekly or monthly client service reports and share updates with leadership.

• Must be local to Alpharetta, GA 30009.
