Our client, a trusted and growing landscape services company with a strong reputation in the Atlanta market, is seeking a proactive Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential landscape maintenance clients. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead operations, build lasting relationships, and directly influence client satisfaction and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving service issues.
• Schedule and manage maintenance crews for timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and train crews on expectations.
• Identify and sell enhancement opportunities like seasonal color or irrigation upgrades.
• Support new business through referrals, outreach, and client networking.
• Track performance, assist with billing, and maintain accurate client records.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 2+ years in landscape maintenance account management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and maintenance operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Comfortable with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Location: Alpharetta, GA (on-site role with regional travel for client and crew visits)

Remuneration: $90,000+ OTE (based on experience), performance-based incentives and benefits package.
