• A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join their team. This individual will have hands-on experience in Manhattan SCALE and eager to learn other WMS systems.

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Strong understanding of supply chain or warehouse management systems
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow within a dynamic environment
• Experience with Manhattan SCALE (configuration, workflows, reporting)
• Experience up to 5 years as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with documentation tools and business process modeling
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
