Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and mentoring the sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, training, and development to the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contract terms.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 610 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
