Senior Specialist, Global & Expense Systems; Concur

Vaco is partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Global Travel & Expense Systems (Concur Administrator) to lead and optimize our SAP Concur travel & expense platform. This role supports global deployment, system configuration, integrations, and ongoing governance as we continue scaling through acquisition and finance transformation.

• Support global implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Concur Travel & Expense as a project manager
• Lead testing (unit, integration, UAT) and assist with regional rollout and user adoption
• Manage data flows between Concur, HRIS, ERPs, Blackline, and corporate card programs
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, audit standards, and T&E policy
• Reconcile data feeds and support month-end accruals
• Partner with travel management companies and card providers to optimize spend
• Build dashboards/KPIs for travel spend, compliance, and system usage
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and help develop a T&E center of excellence

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field (required)
• 7-10+ years SAP Concur (T&E) administration, ideally in a global environment/multi-entity environment for 2,500-5,000+ employees (required)
• Experience integrating Concur with ERP and HRIS platforms (preferred experience with Concur T&E implementations as a project manager - not technical)
• Experience in SOX‑controlled T&E environments
• Knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA, JDE, Business Central, or IFS (plus)
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional project coordination skills
• Candidates with good job stability & career progression are highly preferred
• Candidates local to metro Atlanta (required) - on-site 3x a week in Alpharetta

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

licensure and certification requirements;
