Full‑time, Monday through Friday

• Supervision and daily class functions of a group of children
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
• Observe all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy and applicable agencies
• Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
• Assess each child’s developmental needs continuously
• Implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with curriculum and programming
• Maintain an attractive, well‑kept classroom that encourages exploration and decision‑making
• Provide verbal recognition and acceptance while setting clear expectations for behavior
• Accept responsibility for housekeeping duties of classroom, common areas and playgrounds
• Attend all staff meetings, workshops, and school functions
• Maintain professional personal appearance per Employee Handbook guidelines
• Understand social, emotional and creative needs of young children
