• Train under another estimator for one year.
• Lead the estimator staff and conduct conceptual estimates from schematic designs.
• Work with trade contractors to build more detailed estimates.

• 10-15 years of commercial construction estimating experience, including multi‑family, education, healthcare, corporate, religious, and historical renovation projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software of choice.
