The team is currently about 20 employees, but the company is prepared for rapid growth in 2024.
Responsibilities- Train under another estimator for one year.
- Lead the estimator staff and conduct conceptual estimates from schematic designs.
- Work with trade contractors to build more detailed estimates.
- 10-15 years of commercial construction estimating experience, including multi‑family, education, healthcare, corporate, religious, and historical renovation projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software of choice.
- Health insurance (80% covered by company)

- Gas card or mileage reimbursement for traveling to any job sites
