• Implement,monitor,andcontinuouslyimprovecompanysafetyprograms,policies,and procedures.
• Conductregularsafetyaudits,inspections,andhazardassessmentsonactiveconstructionsitestoensureOSHAandcompanycompliance.
• Leadandconductsafetytrainingsessionsforallemployees,includingtoolboxtalks,safety orientations,andspecializedsafetyprograms.
• Serveastheprimarysafetyliaisonbetween English-speaking and
  
  Spanish-speakingteamstoensureeffectivecommunicationandunderstandingofsafetyprotocols.
• Investigateanddocumentaccidents,incidents,andnearmisses,ensuringthoroughrootcauseanalysisandcorrectiveactionsareimplemented.
• Maintainsafetyrecords,documentation,andreportingincompliancewithOSHAstandardsandcompanypolicies.
• Assistinthedevelopmentandreviewofjobhazardanalyses(JHAs) andsite-specificsafetyplans.
• Collaboratewithprojectmanagementteamstointegratesafetyintodailyoperationsandprojectplanning.
• Stayupdatedwithlocal,state,andfederalregulationsandindustrybestpracticestoensurecompanycompliance.

• Bachelor of Science degree(B.S.)inCivil
  
  Engineering/Constructionfromfour-yearcollegeoruniversity./PMPcertificationisaplus.
• OSHA

  Certification in Construction Safety .

  Outreach Trainerforthe Construction Industry (Preferred).
• Proficiencyinboth English and Spanish (writtenandverbal).
• 3+yearsofexperienceinconstructionsafetymanagement,ideallywithincommercialconcreteorasimilarindustry.
• Abilitytotraveltomultiplejobsitesasrequiredandworkflexiblehoursasnecessary.
• Valid driver’slicense.
• StrongknowledgeofOSHAstandards,regulations,andrequirementsfortheconstructionindustry.
• Abilitytoconductsafetytraininginboth English and Spanish .
• Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytoeffectivelyinteractwithdiverseteams.
