Assistant Superintendent
We are a full service general contractor in business for over 30 years and operating in 24 states! We develop long lasting relationships with our clients that has led to 90% repeat business. We offer both renovation and new construction. We have a ground up construction project breaking ground THIS MONTH and will take 2-2.5yrs to complete. We're also hiring for APMs.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Superintendent to support daily field operations and assist in successfully executing construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors, monitor project progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, schedule, and quality expectations.
Construction Management or Engineering Degree is Preferred 4+ years of experience with a General Contractor in a Superintendent capacity Project experience of $40M+ Experience working with some sort of elevated concrete is highly desired Experienced with new construction Understanding/Experienced with Procore We're also hiring for APMs We have a ground up construction project breaking ground THIS MONTH and will take 2-2.5yrs to complete.
Competitive base pay: ($100k - $120k) DOE Annual Project Bonuses Company provide equipment Truck and Cell Phone allowance Mileage reimbursement PTO/Medical/Dental/Vision
