Construction Superintendent - Hotel Renovations- onsite

Onsite | Travel Throughout the Southeast Required

Nix-Unger Construction is seeking an experienced, hands-on Superintendent to oversee hotel renovation projects throughout the Southeast. The Superintendent will manage daily onsite operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all onsite construction activities and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure quality standards, jobsite safety, and cleanliness.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain daily field reports, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and communicate with project managers, owners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in commercial construction or hotel renovations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction scheduling software.
• Ability to take and upload digital photographs and maintain accurate field documentation.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the Southeast and work onsite for the duration of assigned projects.
