ABOUT OUR AGENCY I’ve been proudly part of State Farm since 2007, building a career centered on service, community, and leadership. I earned my BSIE from University of Michigan and my MBA from Loyola University Chicago. Giving back is an important part of who I am. I’ve served as Past President of the North Fulton Rotary Club, volunteer with Special Olympics, and am an active member of my local church.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cliff Wilcox - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish

Compensation $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
