Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Call Center Representative to work in Alpharetta, GA
. Bachelors Degree Required.

This is an ONSITE role – Remote work is not available. What’s a typical day as a Call Center Representative- Making outbound/receiving inbound calls on accounts that are up to 30 days past due.
- Identifying root cause of customer delinquency and generating effective resolutions with negotiation skills and educating the customer.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution by utilizing existing resources and applications available.
- Processing payments and payoffs.
- Adhering to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures.
- Effectively contributing to Customer Satisfaction.
- Are flexible to work a schedule 8am – 8pm.
- Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm or 11am - 8pm, schedule varies depending on call volume.
- Saturday 8am - noon, 2-3 times per month.
- Have experience in customer service, call center, or soft/relationship collections.
- Possess strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Have experience in auto-dialer collections (preferred).
