Our client, an industry leader in digital printing solutions, is seeking a US - Customer Service Rep III - US1 to join their team. As a US - Customer Service Rep III - US1, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting the Service Operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
