ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences to join our Product & Engineering team.

In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on scaling our platform and delivering innovative capabilities across our web application, mobile apps, and public APIs. You’ll work closely with a talented group of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design, prototype, and produce high-fidelity mocks that shape the future of our software.

This is not a research-heavy role, but you’ll be expected to think critically about the end-to-end user experience—ensuring every interaction feels seamless, logical, and impactful.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Expertise

• 8+ years designing and developing interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a strong foundation in visual design and interaction principles.
• 4+ years leading end-to-end UI/UX design projects, including mentoring and guiding team members on best practices.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective, feasible designs.
• Proven track record driving design system strategy—creating, maintaining, documenting, and evangelizing design standards across platforms.
• Experience ensuring design consistency through design sign-off of engineering deliverables.
• Background working in agile product teams, comfortable with changing requirements and contributing to sprint rituals

Design Skills

• Strong design fundamentals with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Advanced Figma skills, with the ability to maintain organized design files and create robust design systems.
