Full-time - Salary Range: $18 – $21 per hour
- Working Hours:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (with flexibility to meet the needs of the school)
Primrose is a leading early education and care provider dedicated to nurturing children and fostering their development in a safe and engaging environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the overall management of our school, ensuring a high standard of care and education for our students.

- Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support staff development through training and mentorship, promoting a positive work environment.
- Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and enhance the school's reputation.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Maintain schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the school (may need to open or close some days).
- Be able to jump into any classroom at any time.
- Proven experience in a management role within an educational setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain stability and consistency in the school environment.
- Experience in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with classroom flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
