Position DetailsHours:
Monday‑Friday 2:05 pm‑6:30 pm (hours may vary with location)
Compensation: $16.00‑$18.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities; document attendance, incidents, and observations
- Deliver day‑to‑day curriculum to engage children in academic, social, and character‑building activities that extend school‑day learning
- _PC model positive guidance and classroom management to maintain safety, well‑being, and engagement of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fitness activities, and guiding play
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Meet regularly with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability

- Holds well in a team environment
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children under 13 years of age
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
- Ability to meet state‑specific requirements: CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc.
