Exciting opportunity to work in aerospace and vehicle manufacturing. The Product & Process Development Engineer will support design, product development, and customer initiatives while ensuring the quality of critical vehicle components. This role is specifically responsible for identifying new developments and successfully transitioning them into full mass‑production manufacturing processes. This is a full‑time role with benefits and opportunity to join a talented team in a critical role.

• 2+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in industry with high quality standards required:
  Aerospace and Automobile Manufacturing, Plastic Injection, Food, Medical
• Experience working in an APQP driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to specify and design fixtures while considering material selection, tolerance, and cost effectiveness
• Experience with Process Flow
• Knowledge of PFMEA
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 or AS 9100
• CAD Software Solid Modeling experience
• Strong communication skills and project management skills
